South Korean born, NYC based Zemeta dedicates her life to translating the feeling of nostalgia into garments. Transfixed by the sensation of living in a dream, of feeling melancholy and happiness and heartache in a faraway time, the sensation inspires Zemeta to capture it and display it through her designs.
Her second muse is the streets of NYC, the subcultures that amalgamate in the street, the blending of looks from the past, present and future, the passion that goes into dressing, Zemeta takes it all and creates pieces that are unique & adored by Gen Z and the subcultures of NYC which she loves so much.
Her upcoming collection delves even further into the whimsy of heartache, love and vulnerability.
