FAQ


PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders will not be shipped prior to the estimated shipping date mentioned on the product page. Any non pre-order available items on your order will be shipped immediately and your pre-order will be sent in a separate parcel when it arrives. When you place a pre-order, you reserve a garment ahead of production. For this reason, pre-order shipping windows are subject to change and we will make every effort to contact you in the event your order is going to be delayed. Pre-orders that encounter delays will not be cancelled; please trust we're always working to bring your garments to life as quickly as we can. Please note, pre-orders are strictly non-refundable unless stated otherwise. If your pre-ordered style is delayed by more than sixty days you are eligible for a refund.

MADE-TO-ORDER
Made-to-order items can take up to an additional month to arrive due to the handmade process, this will be specified in the item listing if applicable.

RESTOCK
Most items are small batch, limited runs but sometimes we do restock certain items. If you are interested in an item that has sold out you can always contact us at with the name of the item or item number at customercare@ap0cene.com to inquiry about availability.

EDITING ORDERS
Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. If there is a problem with the order you placed please contact us at: accounts@kcpcollective.com.

EDITING ADDRESSES
Check your billing and shipping information carefully- information cannot be altered once purchase is finalized.

SHIPPING
Most of our items ship internationally, but not all of our items ship to every country. If you need assistance with shipping please contact us at: accounts@kcpcollective.com.

AUTHENTICITY
We work primarily with small independent brands that often face knock-offs by larger corporations, all of our items are authentic.

PACKAGING
Your order may arrive in multiple packages from multiple vendors. In an effort to combat waste we try to reuse packaging materials when we can, therefore your item may not come in branded packaging.

PAYMENT METHODS
We currently accept all major cards, Paypal and will soon accept more methods.

SUPPORT
Our customer service team aim to resolve all customer queries and requests as soon as possible however, due to an overload amount of request we receive everyday, please allow us 48 hours to respond to your request. This will ensure we can take care of every customer with our utmost care. 
We welcome all queries including sizing consultation before purchase, questions about material, design, and shipping process. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Your purchase of goods will be subject to certain laws including the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law provides you with certain rights that cannot be excluded, including that the goods must be of acceptable quality, reasonably fit for the purpose that we represent they will be fit for, and that the goods will correspond with any relevant description. Nothing in these Terms shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy implied by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.
