WE DO:
Ship worldwide.
Ship all parcels with online tracking.
Ship in recyclable or compostable packaging.
WE DONT:
Cover import duties or customs taxes.
We do not refund lost or stolen packages, so please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.
-Please allow up to three business days for us to process your order.
-All orders are shipped tracked via Australia Post and their network of international delivery partners.
-Shipping is estimated at checkout and will vary depending on your location.
-Most of our items ship internationally, but not all of our items ship to every country. If you need assistance with shipping please contact us at: accounts@kcpcollective.com.
DOMESTIC
For Australian orders, products are expected to arrive in 1- 5 business days for metro areas. You will receive a confirmation email after purchase and receive another email when the order has been dispatched with your tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL
You will be responsible for any import duties, fees and taxes incurred upon delivery of your international order. These costs are not included in the displayed product costs and delivery fees.
This charge is determined by your local customs authority and we suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information on these charges.
If you choose not to pay these charges and your order is returned to us, you will not be refunded.
-Please note that transit times indicated are provided by our carriers and are not necessarily guaranteed.
-International orders transit times may be up to 21 business days.
-International returns are not possible at this time. All international orders are final sale.
-International Express is not available to Czech Republic, Russia and Ukraine.

RETURN POLICIES
All sales are final due to the handmade nature of many of our garments. Requests for an exchange or credit will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
WE DO:
Offer exchanges if product received is faulty or incorrect.
Offer store credit if product received is faulty or incorrect.
We cannot guarantee exchanges, for any inquiries please email accounts@kcpcollective.com.
WE DON’T:
Offer refunds.
Accept exchanges for worn or damaged garments.
Accept exchanges for change of mind.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
1. Contact accounts@kcpcollective.com within fourteen days of receiving the garment and let us know your original order number and product fault. We do not accept exchange requests outside of this time period, without exception.
2. Post the garment to our return address within three days of the exchange being authorised. The cost of shipping an exchanged item is the responsibility of the customer. We do not supply return labels: you must organise shipping with your local postal carrier. You must retain your proof of postage, including tracking information, and send a copy to: accounts@kcpcollective.com
Returns without tracking information may not be accepted. The garment remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so please take care with packaging to avoid damage in transit. We do not offer credit notes for returns lost or damaged in transit.
3. Once we receive the original garment, we'll make sure it meets the exchange standards listed below. Provided your original garment meets these standards, we'll then send your product replacement or store credit via email. A shipping fee applies to all exchanges. This is calculated based on your postal address, and will be invoiced to you with payment required before any exchange is posted. In the unlikely the event we receive an item in unsuitable condition, or if an item is lost in transit, we are unable to provide a credit note or refund.
EXCHANGE STANDARDS:
-Merchandise must be in perfect unused, unworn, unwashed re-sellable condition with all tags and labels attached to product.
-For sanitary reasons, all swimwear, intimates, earrings, hair accessories may not be returned or exchanged.
-Returns that are damaged, soiled, and/or odored upon receiving may be sent back at customer’s expense.
-All pre-orders or custom orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
SALE ITEMS
All discounted items, whether Sale or Promo Codes, are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned for store credit.
